How do I order Bao?

Because of the COVID19 outbreak and subsequent isolation rules contactless payment is mandatory. The easiest way to order Bao is to click on the online ordering menu and order online. This is the orange button you see here and on the homepage. A confirmation email will be sent to your email address (check junk mail or other inboxes if you do not receive it). You can then pick up your Bao when you come to the store

Another way is to order at the shop. You will be required to place your order in the front entrance (a table will be blocking the door) please do not enter the premises and a staff member will be there to assist you. You will then see the menu, place your order and then use the Eftpos terminal to key in your Eftpos details. We will be covering the terminal in glad wrap for each transaction. It’s budget but we had to figure out something :).

Ordering a lot of Bao… I mean A LOT

If you find your order quantity is not on the menu it is best that you call us on our shop phone number (09 826 3056) and book in advance. This is to ensure that we have enough stock to supply your needs.
